The Fives Specialist Program

The Fives Downtown Hotel Specialist Program was developed to teach travel agents how to sell this boutique brand. Utilizing The Fives’s brand design, such as it’s typography and patterns, the specialist course takes travel agents through a unique experience while reviewing key facts on how to sell to upscale clients.

The design of this course takes cues from the hotel’s brand: contemporary patterns, references to Mexican heritage, and unique typography. These design elements mirrors that of the unique experience a traveler would have at this hotel.


Interactions:

A combination of content slides and pop-up windows are used. Shuffling through content slides display relevant images, while pop-ups are used to display additional information.

Interactions:

Interactive pop quizzes help the users retain information. The above example asks the user to help their clients pack their bags by dragging the correct selling points to the appropriate descriptions.

Information is organized into easy to read sections to avoid “a wall of words”.
